Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. We're exploring international shipping options for the future.
What is your return policy?
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
- Email us at support@novarubi.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the return process.
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
